I have another amazing Plas Isaf wedding for you! Remember Rachel and Jonathan’s engagement shoot at Nant Mill, which we shot back in July? Go back and have a look if you didn’t see it, as it was a lovely evening shoot in the woods. Well, the wedding soon came around and we had a full day to shoot them all over again. Rachel got ready in the morning back in Summerhill and Marie met her to cover the bridal prep, while I met up with Jonathan at Plas Isaf to cover the guests arrival and do some establishing shots.

I’m not sure who provided the sun, but it was one of the brightest days we have had to deal with this year! As we had all day, it was no problem to just grab a few B&G portraits after the ceremony and then take Rachel and Jonathan back out in the evening when the sun was setting to get some dramatic portraits, with a little sun flare and some silhouettes. If you are having all day photography, this is a great time to do your portraits and if you do happen to get a nice sunset, then we can guarantee some stunning shots.

The food at the Plas Isaf was as impressive as ever. The owners there work so hard, it’s incredible. We think we work hard, often starting prep at 9am and not getting home and finishing downloading images until after 11pm, but at the Plas Isaf they keep the bar open until late and then clean up and prep ready for weddings the following day and do this 3 or 4 days in a row….

Anyhow, back to the images! That is what you came to see isn’t it?? 🙂
