When Paul and Charlene booked us for their wedding photography we discovered that our parents knew each other through a love of horses. We instantly took to them as they were so much fun and we knew we were going to have a great wedding day. Charlene’s family are extremely hospitable, they had laid on a huge spread for Charlene and her bridesmaids and they really looked after everyone. Their warmth filtered throughput everyone and the morning was really relaxed. Jason met up with Paul who is really game for a laugh and they took some photos at the church.
The weather was very wet and I don’t think Paul could have picked any better grooms men as they walked back and forth holding umbrellas and escorting guests to the church entrance. Penymynydd church is beautiful and worth a visit if you want to see some amazing artwork. Wedding photography is restricted during weddings but I wouldn’t let this put you off getting married there as it is beautiful and photographs are allowed from the back.
The rain eased up and it began to drizzle allowing us to grab a few photographs outdoors. We stopped off at the lovely farm and then off to Llyndir Hall in Rossett for the reception. There we took loots of candid and let the day flow. The whole day was really a reflection of Paul and Charlene personalities and can only be described as relaxed, fun and beautiful. I hope you enjoy a selection of their wedding photographs below
