The gorgeous bride Sally greeted me with her stunning smile at her parent’s farm in Llanfyndd. Her brother Rich was making some little jokes and her Dad was watching Emmerdale which I don’t watch and yet found myself gripped at one point! Make up by Lorraine was doing her magic and the bride’s mother arrived with the most amazing hair I have ever laid eyes on.

I began photographing and was just taken aback by the beautiful character of the house and you can see the chandelier in Sally’s getting ready photograph below. Once Sally was ready I drove down to Llafynydd church which is a hidden gem for the wedding ceremony. Photographing there was simply a pleasure and that’s also where I met Gareth who like Sally was very chilled and great fun.

After the wedding ceremony we travelled to the reception venue at Ruthin Castle which is always one of my favourite venues and the room looked fantastic with soft pinks and the Indian summer we were promised made an appearance and the guests enjoyed some fantastic outdoor weather. There is plenty more wedding story to tell but for the sneak peek I will keep it short. The rest of the photos will be ready to view in around 3 weeks’ time. In the meantime enjoy and don’t forget to leave a lovely comment for the bride and groom below x
