Here it is, our 2013 wedding photography year in review – 98 pictures full of fabulous moments and beautiful portraits.
As well as our regular visits to Plas Isaf, Ruthin Castle and Grosvenor Pulford amongst others, we have been to some great new venues some of which have been kind enough to recommend us to their brides and grooms already.… CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL POST
I decided to move the Sneak Peeks over to the blog, so I’m starting with Naomi and Matthew’s wedding from this weekend at Mottram Hall, near Manchester. This is the first time we have visited this venue and it is fabulous.… CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL POST
Hi! I have a fab wedding at the Grosvenor Pulford in Chester for you today. Holly and Greig came to us through their friends Lorraine and Patrick whose wedding we covered at Rowton Hall last year.
Holly and Greig got married in All Saints Church Daresbury where the author Lewis Carroll was born in 1832 when his father, Revd Charles Dodgson, was curate at the church.… CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL POST
This is our 2012 wedding photography year in 139 images! We have picked out some of our favourites, but really we could have split this over 2 or 3 posts as there are so many. The difficulty with single images is picking ones that tell a story, otherwise you are viewing them out of context – you’ll have to make your own story for some of these!… CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL POST
Here is a new hotel we had a great time shooting at this year, the Abode Chester wedding of Lyn and Matthew. Naddie and Richard are one of our 2013 couples, who are getting married at Northop Country House Hotel early in the new year. I’d like to say they were excited about their engagement shoot, but fear that would not do justice to just how excited they were.… CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL POST
We don’t post very much personal work, but this beautiful wedding at Willington Hall in Cheshire, which we attended as guests, was such a lovely day and the first rain free wedding we have had for a long time! It is Jason’s cousins wedding and I thought I’d share a few images from it.… CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL POST
Vicky and Neil’s Cheshire wedding took place at the Parish Church of St Oswald, at Backford in Chester. Marie started over at Vicky’s parents house in Mollington where a marquee had been erected in their fabulous garden and caterers and planners were running around preparing everything.… CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL POST
Cath and Tom’s wedding ceremony was at the excellent St Werburghs Church on Grosvenor Park Road in Chester, followed by a reception at Rowton Hall. We’ve always found the Roman Catholic churches to be extremely welcoming and as long as we are not intrusive.… CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL POST
Marie and Sion got married at one of our favourite local venues, the Grosvenor Pulford just outside Chester in Cheshire. It’s actually very local to us and is also the venue we chose for our wedding in 2007. And oddly, Marie became Marie Owen which was my surname before I became Marie Lloyd – I think it was fate that we were to shoot this wedding!… CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL POST
